In order to meet the operation requirements of the forklift, the upper wooden side should be made into an arc shape corresponding to the coil diameter, the upper and lower wooden sides should be fixed with screws, and the length of the screw should be lower than the arc surface of the upper wooden side. Prevent the aluminum circles from being punctured.

2.The outside of the aluminum circles needs to be wrapped with a layer of strong neutral or weak acid (generally choose high release), and then put into the packing list, and the overlap of the aluminum circles is glued with tape. On the end face of the aluminum wafer, a soft pad needs to be placed to protect the end face of the aluminum circles from scratches.

3.When packaging aluminum circles, it is necessary to add a desiccant. Use a whole piece of plastic wrap to wrap it all, tape the outer plastic wrap down at the lap joint, and put the remaining ends of the plastic wrap into the tube core. Use a suitable size of rain-proof cardboard to wrap all the aluminum circles in the circumferential direction and close the two ends respectively. The joints between the end and the circumference and all the gaps should be glued with tape.

4.Put the wrapped aluminum circles on the well-shaped frame and fix it with steel tape along the circumferential direction. The steel tape should be bundled and tied firmly. A box plate is attached to the end face of the packaged aluminum wafer. In addition to the load-bearing and packaging costs of the box and the well-shaped frame, the transportation method and the user's transportation, loading and unloading methods and precautions should also be written.
