1100 aluminum alloy is industrial pure aluminum with an aluminum content (mass fraction) of 99.00%. It is not heat-treatable but possesses high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. It has a low density and excellent plasticity, allowing for various aluminum products through pressure processing. However, its strength is relatively low. Other processing properties are similar to those of 1050A. 1100 aluminum is generally used in food and chemical processing and storage equipment, sheet metal applications, deep drawing, spinning hollow hardware, welded assemblies, reflectors, nameplates, and more.

Aluminum Circle Processing

Processing Flow:
Ingot/Master Alloy → Melting Furnace → Holding Furnace → DC Casting Machine → Slab → Rough Rolling Mill → Hot Rolling Mill → Cold Rolling Mill → Punching → Annealing Furnace → Final Inspection → Packaging → Shipment

Processing Steps:

Preparation of Master Alloy

  • Melting Furnace: The alloy is placed into the melting furnace.

  • DC Casting Aluminum Ingot: The master ingot is manufactured.

  • Ingot Milling: The surface and sides are smoothed.

  • Heating Furnace: The material is heated for further processing.

  • Hot Rolling Mill: Produces the master coil.

  • Cold Rolling Mill: The master coil is rolled to the desired thickness.

  • Punching Process: Discs are punched into the required sizes.

  • Annealing Furnace: Adjusts the temper as needed.

  • Final Inspection: Ensuring product quality.

  • Packaging: Packed in wooden boxes or wooden pallets.

  • Delivery: Products are shipped to customers.
