PVDF(poiy vinylidene fluoride)is also called polyvinylidene fluoride. It is a crystalline high polymer with higher stiffness and endurance than comparable Teflon, but with poor smoothness and electrical insulation. It has high strength and high toughness under low temperature conditions, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, high dielectric constant, UV resistance and radiation resistance. The processing temperature is low and the melt flowability is good. Can be extinguished by itself. Particularly suitable for acids, organic solvents, halogens and mixtures of its doors.
